David Resnick is Professor of Political Science and Director of the Center for the Study
of Democratic Citizenship at the University of Cincinnati. His current research interests include the history of political theory, citizenship theory, and Internet politics. He is the author with Michael Margolis of Politics as Usual: The Cyberspace ‘Revolution’, Sage 2000. His articles have the American Political Science Review, Harvard International Journal of Press/Politics, American Journal of Political Science, Polity, The Review of Politics, Political Theory and other leading scholarly journals.

Bonnie Fisher is an Associate Professor in the Division of Criminal Justice at the University of Cincinnati. Her interests include participatory democracy, survey methods on the internet, and policy evaluation and analysis, particularly victimization.. She is currently the PI on a NIJ funded grant that is examining sexual victimization among college females.

James Stever is the Department Head. He
specializes in Political and Administrative Theory, American Government and Politics, Intergovernmental Relations and is widely published in
political science, administrative/management, and philosophical journals. He is a member of Three editorial boards: International Journal
of Public Administration and Journal of Management History, International Journal of Organizational Theory and Behavior. In addition
to journal articles, he has published three books and has recently completed a fourth. These books are: Diversity and Order in State and Local
Politics (University of South Carolina Press, 1980); Administering the New Federalism (Westview, 1986); The End of Public
Administration, Transnational Publishers, 1988); The Path to Organizational Skepticism forthcoming). He was awarded the Laverne
Burchfield Award for the Best Book Review in Public Administration Review in 1995. In addition to professional media,
he also writes for
magazines and newspaper articles on public policy issues, particularly veterans issues.

Joel Wolfe is a Professor of Political Science. His areas of specialty include Comparative Politics (General), Comparative Politics (Western Europe), and Political Thought and Philosophy. His books include Workers, Participation, and Democracy, The Politics of Economic Adjustment, and Power and Privatization. His articles have appeared in Political Studies, West European Politics, Comparative Politics, The Review of Politics, Polity, Political Science Reviewer, and other leading journals. Currently his research interests include power, the changing forms of the state, and European politics. He operates a listserv and a website for the British Politics Group, a group promoting the study of British Politics and affiliated to the American Political Science Association.
Gerson Moreno-Riano, Ph.D.
Gerson Moreno-Riano is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Cedarville College and is an Associate Fellow of the Center for the Study of Democratic Citizenship. His interests include medieval political thought, and the study of tolerance.
